SHIPPING POLICY
Nationwide Shipping
For shipping and delivery, we offer courier service of multiple vendors including UPS and Purolator to get the best prices. Our printing schedule runs Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. We do not print over the weekends.
“Standard: 2-4 Business Days” and “Express: 1-2 Business Days” printing jobs need to be paid for and approved by no later than 1:00pm (EST). All orders submitted on Friday after the cut off time will process to print on the next business day.
We email tracking number of all shipments. Orders can be tracked by contacting the courier service by phone or following website links:

Due to the large physical size of most products some orders may have higher than expected shipping charges. Unfortunately, there is little TurboPrint can do as we are bound by the limitations set forth by our shipper, in most cases UPS or Purolator.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are Final.
Exchanges will be accepted for errors or damages due to the fault of TurboPrint, but printing errors due to customers artwork or mishandling is not eligible for refund or exchange.
