How does an Online Print Service help businesses?Online printing also offers speed and cost advantage than traditional signs ordered through sales agent. You can order your sign anytime, even during mid-night, and anywhere as long as you can access our website. For simple designs you can even order through your smartphones.

What is an online printing system?An Online Printing System is a pre-press process that bridges the gap between online digital content and commercial print production. The process allows a print house, client or graphic designer to create, edit, and approve computer-based online templates during the pre-press phase. This save time needed to send email proofs back and forth by having a centralized location to view and edit changes.

What is your average turnaround time?Our average turnaround time is 3 business days. Some products like flags, tents and banners, however, could take between 10 business days.

What is paper and card stock?The type of paper used for different purposes is expressed in weight. In the countries following the European system, it is grams per square metre (gsm or g/m2 or simply g) and in the US system it is Pound (lb). The paper used for writing/printing (letterheads and such stationery) is generally between 60 to 120 gsm (20 to 70 lb) and is called the paper or text stock. Anything heavier than this is considered the card stock, i.e. the paper used for business cards, postcards, greeting cards, etc.

Explain the difference between matte and glossy stock.Coated papers are available in two finishes – glossy (shiny) and matte (not reflective). Coated glossy papers provides bright colours, and are best for promotional, attention grabbing items. Matte papers are more subtle, not flashy. Best for professional/legal/low profile printing.

What printing method do you use?We use offset printing, digital printing and Roll-to-roll printing.

What is the resolution of the output file?300 dpi (dots per inch) is the standard resolution of the output PDF file. 250dpi is still ok for sign printing, anything less the images will start to become blurry.

What colour formats are supported?Our system supports CMYK for producing digital prints. For anything other than photos please make sure they are in CMYK colour mode. For Photos you can leave as it in RBG colour Mode.

What additional services do you offer?We offer to design your products by our professional in-house graphic designers. We undertake product installation and storage. We also offer to distribute some of your products such as postcards. We also have other marketing services which you can find out about by contacting your sales agent.

Are the prices quoted negotiable?All prices quoted represent the final price. If you find a lower prices for the exact product please let us know and we'll beat their quote by 5% of the difference.

Do you offer bulk pricing?The more products you purchase, the lower each unit cost. This is true for almost every product at TurboPrint. If you want to order a higher quantity than what we offer on site, please contact us for a custom quote.
